Refunds

-If while preparing an order, the product cannot be delivered due to unavailability or any other reason, Mom's Rack shall make a refund. In any other case, Mom's Rack shall not make any refund of any amount.

All International orders are non-refundable.

All custom duties/ charges shall be borne by the customer.

Exchanges

 At Mom' Rack, we offer a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the desired product is not available with us, you could order another product of the same or higher value. The differential amount can be paid through our website.


Steps for exchange for products bought on full-price:

To start an exchange, you can contact us at momsrack21@gmail.com with your original order number along with details of exchange.

Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

The exchanged piece will be couriered back to your address.

Merchandise bought on Discount:

Products purchased under any promotional offers or sale cannot be exchanged or returned.

No exchange or return requests shall be acceptable on customised products or gift cards.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24hrs, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
